I have upgraded from Amazon Essentials soft rubber soles that got cut by my bike pedals and would fall off after a month, to Dream Pairs which had a zipper tear off 3 uses in.These were all women's boots, but they were intended to be sturdy and reported to last. SO far these have been amazing a few months in, often uses.On note of material, the rubber sole is crazy hard and grippy, meaning it WILL last. Leather is clean, and basic black polish and a wet cloth reveal that what looks like scrapes is dirt (The leather is also STRONG and does not scratch easy). basic cleaning and polish do wonders after a few weeks of use, but also still looks good when dirty and well used.Arrived a day ahead of schedule, good workmanship, stitched sole instead of glued (that's good), will buy a second pair.They fit very well, are surprisingly easy to take off and they're comfortable. I could see these being used in a lot of situations, but I use them as child weather boots for my auto sales job. They are cheaper yes. However they're comfortable enough, and they seem to have good enough grip. I would buy these again.I'm not one to geek over shoes, but these are HALF the price of the leather "dress" sneakers I've been wearing to my office job, and considerably more comfortable that $150 low end men's dress oxfords i could find in 13eeeee. I did add dr scholls plantar faciatis full length insoles and still have plenty of room in a wide tall toebox. Right out of the box i wore them 8 hours straight, 7000 steps in a 4000 person office campus. No pain, no blisters, no complaints. They're great. When I got home, I ordered the same size in another color. In a year I'll updaate this review with wear details, ordered brown too but Amazon shipped a damaged pair (brown boot photo) not in original packaging. Returned, will update when Amazon delivers a NEW CONDITION brown pair.every thing!Overall IO was very pleasedI was really happy with the boots at first. The fit was great, and they looked the part.I've had the boots for about 2 months, but have only worn them around 3 times per week. Oneboot has a massive hole forming, and water gets through immediately. The other boot is deterioratingand will have a hole very soon too.I'd love to get in touch with the seller for a replacement pair, because maybe the boots aren't regularly like this, but I don't see a method of how to.Overall, not a good experience.The color is bit off then what I thought other than that, they are great ?
